Major Projects Readiness Training
Build readiness before opportunity arrives.
Major projects shape more than contracts. They influence procurement, partnerships, workforce, housing, infrastructure, investment, and long term regional legacy.
This training helps businesses, chambers, governments, Indigenous organizations, development corporations, and regional partners understand where they fit, what value they bring, and what needs to be strengthened before decisions are already made.
Available as a full day session, half day session, or four part virtual series.
Each option can be customized by sector, audience, region, and priority. Participants receive a practical workbook with templates to support stronger procurement, partnership, value capture, workforce, and readiness conversations.
Indigenous Change Management Certification
Change is carried by people, relationships, trust, history, leadership, communication, governance, and lived experience.
This two-day certification introduces an Indigenous grounded approach to leading change in ways that are practical, relational, and built for real-world complexity. Participants explore how change is carried, resisted, protected, and sustained using the Medicine Wheel as a guiding framework.
This training is designed for leaders, practitioners, project teams, HR professionals, Reconciliation leads, change managers, policy teams, consultants, and organizations navigating transformation.
Custom delivery options are available for organizations, including half-day, one-day, and two-day sessions.
Participants leave with stronger language, sharper judgment, and a practical framework for leading change with trust, clarity, leadership, sponsorship, and balance.
Virtual Sessions Coming Soon
A virtual cohort is being planned for those who want to join from across Canada. This will support leaders and practitioners who are ready to strengthen their change practice through an Indigenous lens, but need a flexible online option.
