Tanya Tourangeau is a proud Dene from the Northwest Territories, currently living on Treaty 6 territory in Edmonton, Alberta. Her valuable work centers around fostering strong relationships and forging win-win partnerships between Indigenous and non-Indigenous governments and organizations.

Through her efforts, we can collaboratively strive towards building a stronger and more inclusive nation, united in a shared vision for a sustainable & prosperous future.

“Tanya is a joy to work with. Her passion for making a difference in the world is so evident in all that she does, including her life outside of work. Tanya sees opportunities and seizes them. Through these opportunities, she is able to teach and influence others. Relationships are important to Tanya and she possesses the ability to establish them quickly and then build on them through collaboration. I look forward to continuing to work with Tanya.”

— Caroline Gosling, Community Engagement Lead, Alberta Mentoring Partnership

I am a catalyst for much needed change, providing unwavering support and guidance in fostering meaningful relationships with Indigenous organizations, businesses, and communities. Together with my clients, we embark on a transformative journey of co-creation, implementation, and evaluation of Reconciliation strategies.

I firmly believe that by collaborating and investing in the advancement of Indigenous Peoples, we can unlock endless potential for sustainable growth and contribute to spirit-nourishing healing from the effects of colonization and historical social and economic disparities.

Drawing on my extensive experience in cultural education, strategic planning, stakeholder relations, and joint economic development, I have had the privilege of serving both Indigenous and non-Indigenous government, non-profit, and for-profit organizations. Through these engagements, I have been honoured to contribute to impactful, large-scale systemic change.

Join me in co-creating Reconciliation pathways that are built on respect, understanding, and shared prosperity.
